Those two come to mind as ones that will prosper from the L2 adoption & expansion

I’m all about a Layer 2 index. However I don’t think there are enough good L2 tokens yet. Out of the mentioned ones, Loopring and Matic are legit, I wouldn’t include Raiden at this point. I’d say in the next 3 months more high-quality L2 tokens will be launching and this index can be made properly. Projects like Hermez, ZKSync, and possibly other roll-up tokens will be launched.
